    "I had a battery-operated Dyson needed to have the battery repaired. I walked into Carmine's and this young arrogant man said that will be $150. I had already looked up the price of the batteries online through Amazon so I knew what they cost. When you told me about the price I left and on the way out I said I don't know how you people stay open. He responded with customer service it's all in customer service. I don't want to Dyson the following Monday and the battery was repaired within five minutes and it cost $75. This is not my first encounter with Carmine's and all of them have a negative."

    "Knowledge, experience, and GREAT customer service are what you will receive at Aerus in the Broadway Shopping Center in Grove City! Unlike a big box store, this family-operated small business listens to a customer's needs and offers you reasonable advice, allowing you to make a wise and informed decision. They care about you because they want you to become a loyal customer. I needed to get a hose fixed for my sweeper; I could not figure out the problem or a solution other than to buy a replacement. I handed the pieces to the owner, I was stumped... he worked his magic and handed it back to me. He probably laughed quietly inside as I was laughing out loud. I left their store feeling the happiest and grateful that I had felt in weeks thanks to his experience and kind care. Kudos well deserved!"

    "I dropped my vacuum off to have it cleaned and refurbished. Even purchased new bags that I didn't really need.\nI picked up a poorly cleaned vacuum that didn't function properly.\nI had to take it apart and pull hairs out of the roller and put the belt back on immediately after I had them service it. I called and he said 'I'm not going to pull out all the hair - well - I hope this review costs you a few customers.. because you surely won't be getting my business again."
