"We paid $99 for Threshold delivery. A third-party deliverer brought the delivery, but initially refused threshold service, since their paperwork didn't show it. I called Home Depot in front of them, and they changed their tune fast. Not sure if Home Depot is at fault or the delivery service, but my wife and I came away frustrated with this process. Improvements must be made!"

"I bought 20 feet of wire at a price of $ 133 . I need another that did not have and told me to go to a electric store down the road, i went there and got the part i needed, then asked them what they see the wire for it came to $ 42. I went to take back the wire to Lowe's in Heath they would not refund me the money because they said that have a policy they can't take back cut wire. The funny thing is they had an area where they were selling cut wire, so at some time someone got a refund. I said I was done with them and would be going to Home Depot, they don't care, and I do spend quite a bit of money in the last few years."
